Digital printing is becoming increasingly important, especially in the packaging market, and the demand for greater flexibility in print production is a continuing trend throughout the industry. To avoid color deviations in digital printing, especially in the reproduction of brand and spot colors, efficient color management and precise profiling is essential.

While in conventional printing single colors are specially mixed, in digital printing each color is produced with a fixed color set: with CMYK or in the multicolor range with up to seven colors – i.e. CMYK plus orange, green and violet. The latest version of GMG OpenColor now also allows you to profile your digital printing system, ensuring maximum flexibility and a smooth and seamless changeover between conventional and digital presses.
