OptiNest is the name of your design software in a variety of shapes based on a powerful algorithm that uses the functions of the CalepiLib library. This program is designed for comfortable design of nested shapes and also optimal use of space.

The entry of the parts framework into this program, as well as the tools and parts that have holes, can be done by DXF file or designed by the software itself.

The frame of the pieces, in addition to being identifiable by a closed polynomial, can also be described by a sequence of open polynomials, arcs, and lines. This software also provides the ability to quickly design polygons, rectangles and circular shapes.

The optimization algorithm of this software uses several parameters such as the thickness of the cutting tool, the calculation depth and the smoothing factor of the parts. As the accuracy of these parameters increases, the duration of the optimization application also increases.

The ability to specify color, number, rotate and invert shapes, as well as group parts are other features provided. The duplication mode included in this software allows you to place a large number of shapes, with minimal waste in space. Finally, the nested maps generated can be output as DFX files that can be transferred to a CAD software or CNC machine.
