PLATO is a universal Production Log analysis system for 1-2-3 phase, PLATO is a universal Production Log analysis system for 1-2-3 phase, using all available data simultaneously with physical and empirical constraints, such as material balance and energy balance. New tools can easily be added and used simultaneously with traditional tools. PLATO can determine flowrates from flowmeter data and/or temperature data. It can analyze DTS data, to determine production and injection profiles, or simulate DTS data for feasibility studies. It handles flow as well as warm-back situations.
