PolyBoard is a product of Boole & Partners, an interactive software for designing and building cabinets based on modern methods and methodologies. This program is originally designed for designing cabinets, but it can be used for other similar applications such as designing cupboards, bookshelves, drawers, tool hangers and other similar items.

PolyBoard supports a variety of cabinets with a layered and tree design, made of composite materials and composite , and the important point is that with any change in the design, all calculations are done automatically and again. Imagine doing the same thing on paper if you want to. The slightest change in the previous calculations means the total time to check the other sizes and check for their discrepancies with each other. This is not a good process for someone who is at least in the business of making cabinets.

This program shows you the cabinet map in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional view, all real size and can be implemented in the real world. Cut and intersection parts and overlaps with different colors are displayed. Do not think of this program as a general tool for making cabinets, PolyBoard starts from the general design and goes with you to the most detailed parts of the design of drawers, doors, design on cabinets and material of cabinets and….

Even parts such as cutting paths, points that need to be drilled, places to be screwed to the desired location, the diameter of the inner edges of the cabinet and other similar details can be easily done in this program. After the complete design of the cabinet and making sure that you have controlled all its parts, you can get the file required by the CNC machines from the program and go directly to the actual steps of cabinet production.
