Shake2000 is a software under Windows, with an easy environment for users, which is intended to help engineers and seismological researchers to analyze local reactions and the complementary effect of earthquakes on soil accumulations.
This software includes two programs ShakeEdit and Shake. ShakeEdit was originally designed as a program under Windows, which was actually considered the graphical environment of Shake, this initial environment was to help the user to enter input data and graphically display the numerical outputs of the program.

Shake was designed at the University of California, Berkeley by Bolton Seed, John Lissoms and Per Schnibel. Schick calculates reactions in a heterogeneous system. The shake program is still being developed by this group and is constantly being updated by user input and advances in the research of seismologists. This program works under Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, VISTA and 7 even 10 and 11 without any problems.
This program is one of the best programs for analyzing the earth’s response to earthquakes. which is very rare. In addition, one of the capabilities of this program is non-linear analysis, which many programs are unable to analyze.
